Services Offered
Treatment
Therapy can address many life problems effectively in a short time with approaches that draw upon the client's strengths and positive past experiences. With relatively brief treatment, clients can often develop useful new skills and ways of thinking to cope with challenges in life . As with any important change, new skills learned will be most effective when clients practice them consistently over time.
Some problems may require longer term professional intervention to promote and maintain the desired improvement. Clients and therapists should be in a continuing open dialog about the goals of and progress of any therapy.
